1.Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2.How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at service@neatily.com to submit your request.Once approved, we will provide a return label and detailed instructions.Follow the instructions to send your package to the designated address.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3.Damages & Issues
 Please check your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and correct it.

4.Non-Returnable Items
The following items or situations are not eligible for return:

  • Specially tailored for you.
  • Opened personal care products or consumables.
  • Promotional products clearly marked as' non refundable '.
  • All gift cards are non refundable.
  • Dangerous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • The original shipping fee paid at checkout

5.Exchanges
 
The most efficient way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6.EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in its original condition.

Condition:
The product must be brand new, unused, unworn, and labeled.

This right applies regardless of the standard 30 day return policy.

7.Refunds
We will notify you of the refund status after receiving and checking your return.

  • Processing: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear. Note that banks and card issuers may require additional processing time.

8.Return Address
All returns require prior authorization. Please do not send items to our office or warehouse without a return label.
